1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Zeemail LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of the Zeemail application and service (the "Service").

You agree that by accessing or using the Service, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Terms, you are prohibited from using the Service and must discontinue use immediately.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Zeemail is an application that scans through a user's emails and drafts responses on their behalf, in the tone of that user. The Service requires access to your email accounts to analyze your communication style and generate appropriate responses.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or mobile device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

4. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms

• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside

• You will not access the Service through automated or non-human means

• You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Your use of the Service will not violate any applicable law or regulation

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE AVAILABLE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE BASIS, OR BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, COMPLETE, LEGAL, OR SAFE.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY OR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to the Service, your violation of any term of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
